1. Program Description and Message Content

Interprix United is a freight brokerage firm. Our SMS messaging service is designed to provide timely, necessary information related to your use of our logistics services.

Transactional Alerts: Notifications regarding your freight loads, including booking confirmation, assignment updates, and status changes (e.g., "In Transit," "Arrived," "Delivered").

Rate and Document Confirmations: Alerts confirming rates or requesting immediate review/approval of necessary shipping documents.

Operational Support: Responses to your service inquiries or general communications necessary to facilitate brokerage services.

2. Opt-In

4. Cost and Carrier Liability

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for all charges imposed by your mobile service provider. We do not charge a separate fee for this service. Please consult your wireless plan or contact your mobile carrier for details regarding your message and data rates.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider, and we are not liable for any delays or failures in message delivery.

5. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply with the keyword STOP to any message you receive from us.

After texting STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you explicitly opt back in.
